Issue: Years of untreated periodontal disease and complications from the loss of multiple teeth left Deb in a situation where her remaining teeth were not restorable.  She desired a restored smile and a tooth replacement option that couldn’t fall out on its own.

Solution: We had several discussions covering all treatment options available until Deb felt comfortable with her decisions.  Five implants were placed on the upper arch to support and retain a hybrid denture which is completely secured in place and doesn’t cover her palate like a traditional denture. Two implants were placed on the lower arch to retain an implant supported denture.
